Mr. Yu is a successful entrepreneur with a track record of building successful businesses. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Yu was Director of Dalian Office, Shangzhi City Government, Helongjiang Province where he assisted government and private entities to promote businesses in Dalian. Prior to that, Mr. Yu was Head of Shangzhi Transportation Bureau where he governed urban traffic control, road construction and maintenance and supervised senior management and fulfilled central government policies and regulations.

Paul Begin
CFO

Mr. Begin joins Hanfeng with more than 10 years of executive management experience. He has served most recently as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Trilliant Incorporated ("Trilliant"), a leading Concord, Ontario based technology and service company providing network solutions and advance metering infrastructure, for the clean tech/smart grid, and energy service markets. While there, he led a team that successfully identified and executed multiple highly accretive acquisitions, raised growth capital through the debt and equity markets, as well as assisting the board and senior management with the development and execution of Trilliant's business plan and strategies.

Previously, Mr. Begin served as Corporate Controller of MDC Partners Inc., a TSX and NASDAQ listed company which grew consolidated annual sales to over $1 billion and its employee base to over 5,300 during his tenure. Mr. Begin began his career at BDO Dunwoody, LLP. He is a Chartered Accountant with an honours degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto.

Yunfeng Qi
COO

Mr. Qi has over 22 years of background in chemical engineering, operational management and extensive experience in fertilizer sales and market development. He led a team and set up Hanfeng's Heilongjiang production facility in North East China. Promoted as COO in late 2007, he is directly responsible for detailed implementation of company's strategic plan in China. He is also one of the senior representatives of the National People's Congress for Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang province.
